Sample Tank 4 Crash In Cubase

Hi there,
I just purchased the Total Studio Max 3.5 from IK Multimedia, it works fine when standalone, but constantly crashes when in Cubase ( both versions 11 and 12 ).

Help me anyone can understand the error message?
