Amplitube 5 Freezing After Installing ToneX

I installed ToneX SE and now Amplitube 5 won't work. The program freezes. This freezing only happens when iRig Stomp i/o is connected. I downloaded and installed the firmware and driver updates but that didn't work. But I also reinstalled Amplitube twice before and that didn't help either. I can't use the program.
