is the joe Chiccarelli vocal strip not part of T-Racks 5 max

I have the T-Racks 5 MAX (from Total Studio max 3.5)and just recently updated it (5.9.0b) When I went to try the Joe Chiccarelli vocal strip, it came up as try or buy in custom shop. Is this supposed to be one of my products. Does anyone have any ideas/help?

No, it is not included.

The contents of IKM bundles is generally fixed when the bundle is first released. Later products are not added.

The T-RackS 5.9.0 Release Notes are misleading, saying "Introducing Joe Chiccarelli Vocal Strip". I think that it should say "Support for Joe Chiccarelli Vocal Strip" or similar. I reported this sort of misleading text to Support some time ago, and suggested that it be changed.

I expect it will be included in T-RackS 6 (whenever that is released).
