After upgrade to AT5 MAX, still seeing the old GUI

Recently I upgraded my Amplitube account from 5 to 5 Max, but I'm not seeing the new 5Max GUI. I've downloaded and installed the Custom Shop gear and registered the gear. But I'm not seeing the new Stomp View, the Ultra Tuner, etc.

In the IK Product Manager:
-- unauthorize AT5,
-- Register your AT5 MAX Serial Number,
-- Authorise AT5,
- click the [Products] tab and check that AT5 MAX is listed.

You may need to run the Custom Shop stand-alone program and do a "Restore my Purchases" too.

To help other users with a similar-looking problem, let us know how it goes.

I'm still not seeing the new GUI. The product manager on the website shows I have AT5 Max, but does not show up in my product manager.

I have tried everything that was suggested and AT5Max does not show up in my product manager. So now I have paid for AT5Max, but am unable to use it properly.

I tried to reinstall Amplitube 5 Max and now the presets sound really weird. Something is obviously wrong. It's not working properly at all now.

Please contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs, first as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.
