Tone X Stuck at Training

Hi all,

so for some reason on my windows system Tone X get's stuck at the training phase, see uploaded screen capture here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/p9b1mty440anm ... X.mov?dl=0

I tried it on my buddy's Macbook and it works flawlessly, however on my windows 10 system it just stucks at "creating network". On my buddy's macbook it starts after 5-8 seconds.

I've tried waiting for 45 minutes on default, 30 minutes on advanced and 15 minutes on fast.

i7 8700k
64 GB RAM
ASUS Z370 Prime A
UAD Apollo x8 Thunderbolt 3 Interface

Any help is welcome!

Hey there, normally when something like this is happening there's a file somewhere that needs to be removed. Almost like the cache files.

However I would definitely recommend going over to IK support for better assistance on this one.

Hello. Have you solved this problem? I have the same problem on Windows 11.

I had a similar problem that was caused by my interface Sample Rate being set at 48K.
Tonex Capture only works with a 44.1khz sample rate.

I have this problem at 44.1kHz. Audio interface UAD Apollo x8p + UAD Apollo 8p. NVidia RTX 3070.

They are doing the last tests, update coming soon.

Yeah it’s coming soon!
I was Skyping with the dev team and we did in depth testing on my windows system, even sent my system reports.

They managed to duplicate the exact same issue on their system with UAD interfaces and have been updating me.
I’m seriously impressed with the dedication of the IK Dev team and their energy to solve issues.

Really cool to see, upcoming update for Tone X should solve this!

They have tried pretty hard with me too. Went dark last night though.
Anyway, I got mine to train simply by adding more RAM!

There were many fixes in 1.0.2. I would recommend contacting IK Support directly if you still have any issues. They will be able to assist you.

Green bar? Oh no it is supposed to be purple!!! Just kidding, glad that progress is being made, here's to a successful Tone Model in your near future
