What's with Tonex?

IK say that Capture comes with Tonex SE. It doesn't. They gave me CS, which doesn't let you model anything. It doesn't even load in a DAW.

Yes, TONEX SE is included with Tonex Capture. I think that all IK User Account will get TONEX CS (I can see it here in IKPM).

If you do not see TONEX SE listed under the [Products] tab for TONEX in the IKPM or in the Promotions section of your User Area, then the thing to do is contact Support. They can look at your User Account and sort out the issue.

Administrators and Moderators here have no access at all to User Accounts.

Does this mean you have TONEX SE now? I've been told that anybody with this issue should be ok now.

Should be all fixed now, please check your IK Product Manager / User Area as you should have TONEX SE.
