ive been given false info from ik.
in tonex i can use player but not modeler
says i need mac 11?im on catalina 10.15.7
i have amlitube 5
sampletank
mixbox
t racks
will they all work on big sur?many thanks

You're not the only one. I bought Capture on the understanding that it comes with Tonex SE. They gave me CS, which doesn't model. I can't even load it into a DAW.

I'm not using capture, but all the extra models seem to work. Not sure right now why it gives me the "try/buy" option when clicking on the extra models though. Annoying but not a deal breaker.

Then again, I don't know it yet.

I now have the Tonex SE update to Amplitube.

The requirements for capturing Tone Models were posted on the TONEX web pages from the start:

- Mac Big Sur (M1 or newer CPU recommended)
- Windows 10 + GPU NVidia

Training time: 5 - 10 min on suggested computers.

Big Sur or newer is required for capturing Tone Models in TONEX so yes our stuff works in Big Sur (and very nicely in Monterey too). You need to update AmpliTube 5 to the newest version in your IK Product Manager in order to get the TONEX integration.

Best way to set up for the signal chain I can't get the tonex to sound right and It sounds like crap.
