ARC Won't Play Test Tones For Setting Playback Level

I'm trying to use ARC for the first time and when I get to the playback level stage and hit the "Play Test" button, nothing happens. I've tried it probably 100 times haha.

What can I do to make it play a tone?

And yes my speakers are on and the volume is up. There is literally no signal being played.

Please help.

Since no other users have chimed in with suggestions I would suggest contacting IK Support directly for official assistance if you have not done so already.

I am having the same issue. Will not play test tone to get level right. It worked about a week ago but is now not working.
