Some Syntronik instruments only show up in ST4

Hi guys, I tried to search but could not find an answer to this.

I have Syntronik 1 & 2.

These instruments only show up in ST4, not Syntronik:

M-Poly
Modulum
SH-V
VCF3

For some reason, they have been installed to the IK Multimedia/Instruments folder, while all the others are in IK Multimedia/Instruments/Sampletank 3/Instruments. I tried to move them but that made no difference.

Everything shows as installed in Product Manager. Syntronik reports them as "Not installed" when I click on the shop icon and browse the instruments.

What can I do?

Your folder hierarchy seems a little odd. Have a look at these FAQs:

Moving things around can cause problems so make doubly sure that you can revert things if needed. The instrument files (.st3i or .st4i file types) are not the only files involved, there will be samples, library data etc.

It would be best to contact Technical Support for some one-to-one diagnosis and guidance.
