Where did my Syntronic 1 Presets go? [Resolved]

I have recently been installing Syntronic 2 Sounds files after taking part in the current group buy, and while considering my options on which of the remaining synths to select-I decided to open up my standalone Snytronic Deluxe to refresh myself with the sounds of the various original synths, whereupon I discovered that there are no more than a handful of presets for any synth on the list-like it is now a cs version.

I don't know if this problem sprang up when I downloaded the Syntronic 2 CS, or when I started downloading/installing the new files for Syntronic 2 -possibly during the install of one of the new versions of the old synths?

Anyone else seeing this?

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, not official Technical Support, other users may chip in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

Did you install the Syn2 library into the Syn1 library or into a different location?

And You might try Unauthorizing Syn1 and re-authorizing it in the iK Product Manager ("IKPM") and a "Restore my purchases" in the Custom Shop program

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is contact Support, via here. If Searching the FAQs does not help there is a red button link to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time aims to be within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the problem. Please do not quote directly any correspondence from Support, as that may apply only to your particular circumstances and may lead others down the wrong track.

Issue resolved.

If anyone else encounters this problem this was my fix:
1. Opened the settings dialog. (gear shaped icon, upper right corner)
2. Click the [Library] tab.
3. Click the (Rescan Instruments) button.

Simple enough fix-I did not remember there was such a button.
