I don't think you need to disable power amp simulation and that's not possible anyway.
You can turn off the speaker by clicking into the speaker section. Beside the name of the speaker and under the image of it is a power button. Tap that and it will go off.
Honestly, I don't think this is the best way to amplify Amplitube. You'd get much better results with a full range flat response speaker set up.

I agree with Thomas on both points: there is not a way to bypass the power-amp sections in AmpliTube 5, and also a keyboard amp, little PA-type system, or studio-type monitors are probably the best way to use AmpliTube "aloud".
