Impulse Response not available?

I'm curious why some people's presets on tone.net say the impulse response is no longer available. I want to make sure that does not happen to my uploads. What causes it? I don't include the file in my presets, since it saves the eq curve to the preset/. The file doesn't seem to need to be in the IR list on the left afterwards.

Unfortunately for legal reasons you cannot share external IRs in your presets at this time.
