Hammond B-3X HOST Automation Issue

When Chorus/Vibrato is controlled by HOST-Automation then V-1 is not selected when the lowest value is set.
When using CC38 then is is working.
In HOST Automation the order of selection is
C-1 V-2 C-2 V-3 C-3 V1
But is should be
V-1 C-1 V-2 C-2 V-3 C-3

With MIDI Automation the result is the same
