Modo Drum new kits are not unlocked

I own Modo drum and updated to 1.5 but the new kits are not unlocked.

v1.5 has the ability to load the new kits but they have to be purchased, either individually or in MODO DRUM SE 1.5 or MODO DRUM 1.5

Which one did you buy? And are the new kits installed and present on disk?

Note that if you have MODO DRUM 1 already you would qualify for a special 79.99 upgrade to all three of the new kits.

Please contact Sales/Account Support, via here. You will be able to search the FAQs first, but if they do not resolve your issue, there is a red button link to the Support form. Sales Support can look at your Account and see what's going on.

Try now, there was an issue with something being flagged as crossgrade instead of upgrade in the system which has been fixed now.

No luck. The Upgrade option is still greyed out and if I try to add it to cart anyway there is an "You are not eligible to purchase this version." error message.

I submitted an inquiry to Support on Sunday.

I am facing a similar issue. I just purchased Modo drum 1.5 yesterday after having installed the CS (free) version earlier in the day. 1.5 is now fully authorized in the product manager etc. At this point I can access and download the older 9 kits but the 3 new kits remain with locked icons in the plugin itself and are not offered via product manager download. So there is something going on here.

I've submitted a support ticket.

In the IK Product Manager:
-- unauthorize MODO Drum,
-- Register the Serial Number for MODO Drum 1.5,
-- Authorise MODO Drum.

Run the Custom Shop program, login, click your Account Name and select "Restore my purchases". You might need to reboot your computer too.

I see that there is a "Restore purchased content" button in MODO Drum too.
