Hardware Return Issues

Hi, I bought the four x-gear pedal bundle in December. I completed the return process less than a month later. The pedals were said to have been signed for and delivered to the Florida location over a month ago. I have not received my refund still, and there hasn't been any update on this for over a month.

Is it normal to take this long for a return?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue. This is something that IK Support will need to handle, please reply to the ticket in which the return was arranged and I'm sure they can figure out what is going on for you. Thank you.

Thanks for your quick response Peter! I have sent multiple replies and each time the response is that they are looking into it. Nothing has happened.
