I have stomps running on two Mac minis. Both have AXE I/O interfaces and I use the stomp as a standalone MIDI controller on both.
I just git a MacBook Pro and has wondering if I could just connect a USB cable from the stomp I/o and will it operate as the audio interface and MIDI controller simultaneously?
I tried connecting the guitar to the stomp, the stomp to the MAC via USB but cannot get MIDI controls. I did go to settings in AT4 and AT5 but the stomp isn't recognized as an input or output device nor a midi device
All I'm trying to do is use it as an interface and MIDI controller. Does it do this?
Hope I don't need to buy another AXE I/O
