X-Gear Librarian Issue

Hi,

I tried opening a support ticket but none of the X-Gear products are listed and it won't let me open a generic ticket :oops:

Is the software compatible with Windows 11? I installed with no errors and restarted the PC but it still says no devices plugged in. I'll occasionally get a windows error saying the USB device is not recognized. I tried installing the ASIO driver as well just in case and after a reboot the librarian still says no device connected. I tried on my X-Space and X-Time and used 2 different USB cables. Am I doing something wrong or is it just not compatible with Windows 11?

Try this page: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw/ (I selected Hardware off the main support page). The X-Gear is listed in the Product m=drop-down menu.

Or, if you mean the X_Gear software, just select AmpliTube 5
