AmpliTube 5 - Collections have gone missing

Hi all —

I was trying out some of the Joe Satriani gear in AmpliTube 5.2 this morning using it as a plugin in Logic Pro. I hit backspace, and now a bunch of collections are missing; this is all I'm seeing now in the amp selection:



Satriani's gone, Brian May is gone, Jimi Hendrix is gone, etc. I tried restoring purchases but that didn't work. I tried opening AmpliTube as a standalone app and that didn't work. I was going to reinstall but IK Product Manager doesn't seem to allow for that.

Any ideas? Everything just vanished.

Click the icon you see at the top right and make sure you are showing the right gear (you can toggle the gear you own, don't own, or all).

IK Product Manager does allow you to reinstall. Place your mouse pointer over "Installed" and it should say "Reinstall".

Thanks a lot. This is the exact button that has hidden all my gear and almost all presets. It's really awkward that such a button exists and hides all the models I own :facepalm:.
