Locked out of Amplitube 5

Hi, I am having a problem with amplitube 5. All my amps and everything has a lock on them.
This software worked fine up until yesterday. I reinstalled, re-authorized, entered my serial number again and nothing. Locked out. I have amplitube 5 on another PC. Is that the problem?

Shouldn't be a problem.

On both systems:
-- in the IK Product Manager ("IKPM") check that AT5 is Registered.
-- in the Custom Shop program, login, (right?) click on your Account Name and select "Restore my purchases".
