Get on sale items with group buy?

So I saw that SampleTank Max is $149 (on sale). Can I use my Group Buy Promotion points to purchase this? My limit is $149. It doesn't show up on my list of available products.

The sale started after the group buy so you should see items that list for 149.99 and below. So you'd still be able to choose the products that are in the $39.99 SE sale in your Promotions area.
