AXE I/O Solo came with Amplitube 4, not 5 [Resolved]

Postby gburns1 » Wed Sep 15, 2021 8:42 pm

Hi,

I have a ticket open with support about this, but thought I'd ask here:

I bought the AXE I/O Solo + Amplitube 5 Bundle off the company website, but when I registered the serial number I got Amplitube 4 Deluxe (which I already had) instead. How do I go about getting Amplitube 5?

Thanks.

I would think that both AT$ Deluxe and AT5 should be listed in the IK Product Manager.

Also, have a look in your User Area / My Products.

Please contact Sales/Account Support, via here. You will be able to search the FAQs first, but if they do not resolve your issue, there is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to a Support form. Sales Support can look at your Account and see what's going on. Response time aims to be within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account.
