AmpliTube 5 Nothing happen when start. Win10

Sry for my bad English.

I install and Authorized Amplitube 5 with IK Product Manager.
Restart my PC.
I try to open Amplitube 5 . Nothing happen just nothing haha.

FOUND THE SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!

In Windows by going to Settings and then: All Settings -> Time & Language -> Language -> "Administrative Language Settings"
Make sure enable unicode UTF-8 IS enabled. Then reboot and retry it.

Just simple setting in window 10 home.
I can Run all software with no problem.
