No sound on irig hd2 with iPad usb c

I used iPad hd2 on iPad Pro 2020 & 2021 (usb c using adapter) with GarageBand and apps but sound does not come from the amp output. Earphone output works with very low sound though the level displays high peak on the meters. The sound seems to be compressed. When I connect it to lightning port on iPhone it works very well (earphones and amp out ports) and loud. W
