missing mkl_sequential.dll file

Hi,
I updated my Miroslav Philarmonik to v2.6.0. It refuses to start now due to missing mkl_sequential.dll file. I tried to reinstall with the product manager, no luck. Is it safe to reinstall the original v2.2 ?

I wouldn't just yet. That dll file is a Intel® Math Kernel Library file.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in. But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is contact Support, via here. There is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time aims to be within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

I contacted the Support and they redirected me to this post. Thanks for your suggestion but it leads me no further. My Miroslav is still unusable. Where can I find help ?
