My AXE I/O getting hot after 1 hour of use. Bottom side is very hot. And i noticed some white coating on metallic pieces in back side of the card.

Has anyone experienced heating of this sound card?

Sorry to hear this, my units don't get exceptionally hot so I'd suggest contacting IK Support as soon as you can to make sure they take a look and advise.

Thanks!
But, as I understand it, it still heats up? Not as strong as mine, but still?

Like any interface, yes, which I would call "warm" not "hot" if I were pressed to describe it :)
