AXE I/O + iLoud Micro Monitors - Connection Question

What is the recommended way to connect the audio output from the AXE I/O to a pair of iLoud Micro Monitors? (I'd like to reserve the AXE I/O headphone output for that purpose—monitoring with headphones.)

Yes, but I’m specifically wondering what kind of connection would be the best. Should I use TS or TRS on the I/O side, and is it better to go from there into the RCA stereo pair on the MM side, or should I be going into the MM with a 3.5 mm audio (and, if so, would it be TS or TRS—I assume the latter)?

I use 1/4" to RCA and it sounds great.

I'm wondering the same thing about the AXE I/O Solo => Micro Monitors

The Line Out 1/4" jacks on the Solo are TRS ... one for the left and one for right side, I assume

The Micro Monitors have only one pair of RCA input jacks.

So, with the Solo, how would one connect a pair of 1/4" cables from the 2 Line Outputs to a single pair of RCA jacks on the Micro Monitors?

The two possibilities that I can think of are:

1) connecting a 1/4" TRS to only one of the Solo Line Output jacks ... and then to the pair of RCA jacks on the Monitors

OR

2) connecting a pair of 1/4" cables to both Solo Line Output jacks ... but not TRS ... these would TS cables to the pair of RCA jacks on the Monitors

Are either of these possibilities what you are suggesting?

Or is there some other way to the Micro Monitors directly to the
Axe I/O Solo? (without a computer)
