STOMP I/O no LEDS at all out of the blue

Amplitube for Windows detects the unit, I can switch presets etc

but all leds are off...

I upgraded firmware succesfully and also tried power up while holding stomp 1 and no success..

Anyone else had a similar issue?

All right my unit is possesed like it's owner...It came back to life on it's own!!

Just let it off power for like 10 minutes and it came back to life

Could it be over-heating and dislodging a wire or connector?

I would consider returning it or a Warranty claim.

So I talked to the IK support,

which by the way I found it to be VERY fast, I was exchanging mails with US support team as almost if we were chatting, despite I'm located in Europe, different time zone etc..

So they said I should take my unit to the store for warranty replacement.

If only the store is as fast as they were when I wanted to buy it, and as fast as Ik's support guys were, I'ld be the happiest customer in terms of service provided, ever.

And let's hope I'll be also the happiest customer ever in terms of product satisfaction as well.
