Strange old gear problem with Custom shop

Loving AT 5 but have a slight issue with 3 amps which were purchased individually some time ago.

They are the Z-wreck, Dual terror and the OR50.
They are not in "my profile" in custom shop and if I click on "my profile" they disappear from AT5 menus, they return when I press "restore my gear", so not an urgent problem.
There are loads of other pre purchased gear models in "my profile" but not these 3
Have tried what is here about missing gear and have a support ticket #1749840 which suggested same steps and have now gone quiet.
Any ideas on how to get these back into my profile would be good.

Make sure you reply to your ticket to inform IK Support that the steps they suggested have not resolved the issue. They will continue to work with you.

I did reply but nothing back from them yet, hoping it will be resolved in next update.

The latest update (5.0.3) has just been released. Have you updated to that to see if it resolves your issues?

Yeah, give it a go. It sounds like a weird issue and may be linked to your user account rather than the code of the actual app.

Unfortunately no change with 5.03, I suspect it needs an updated version of Custom Shop, the missing amps are found using search and have the green tick, just not visible in My Profile.
