Installing SampleTank Sound content?

Hi all, I just received my Total Studio 3 MAX box in the post and have installed and authorized my IK applications. I now wish to install the sound content on my sample drive but I see a content folder for 3 and 4.

I think I read here in a post that Sampletank 4 already has the Sampletank 3 sound content included or or perhaps it meant it is bundled with 4 also.

So, do I need to run the installers for BOTH Sampletank 3 and 4 sound content?

IK got back to me, You must install BOTH.

These need to be installed to different locations. From their website 'Even though SampleTank 4 and SampleTank 4 MAX include SampleTank 3 sounds, these libraries are meant to be installed separately to different locations'

After a clean Sampletank4 Max install, many patches are missing.Succh as Tenor sax articulation KSI used the product manager to install ST4. I just downloaded the 187GB ST4 MAX part.
Do I need to download the 88 GB of Sampletank 4 content? Do I need to Run the library update? Sampletank 4 version 4.1.3

I had to go to the user area download and install the library update.
The patches are there.
