In AmpliTube 4 there was an option somewhere in the menu to set metronome volume.
This is missing in AmpliTube 5 please bring back this option.
My metronome is way too loud now.
Edit: And also please add some beat metronome instead of the click only.
Should be very simple to do.

It was driving me crazy as well, but then I right clicked on the metronome button and voilà, a volume slider appeared
Could definitely just be added next to the metronome buttons though..
