License transfer times - Miroslav 2

Anyone knowing how much i takes to transfer license, in particular one of Miroslav 2?I bought one 2nd handed two days ago, received the serial, but still can't register. I can't wait to use it (or to realize I've been scammed either ).

Double-check with your seller that he/she has done the Licence Transfer.

Do you have the Serial Number yet? If so, then you could contact Sales/Account Support and ask them to investigate the transfer.

He/She has copypasted a license transfer request:
SKU Product Description Qty Unit Price Total
LC-TRANS-DID-IN License Transfer Credit 1 19.99 19.99

But since then stopped answering.
I do have the serial in our private messaging and I already reached out Ik support yesterday with no luck yet.

Ok, pretty sure I've been scammed. But is it possible that IK has not yet answered? I've could have died while waiting.
