Amplitube 4 Max activation

Hi everyone,

It s been less than one year that I became an user of IK products.
I starterd with Irig HD2 , then Axe I/O (so bad, I bought it a few months before Amplitube 5 release ...)

So with all this gears I have licence for on computer(from my IK Product Manager)
Amplitube 4 FREE Registered On 2020-08-21
Amplitube 4 FULL Registered On 2020-08-25
Amplitube 4 Deluxe Registered On 2020-09-21
Amplitube MAX (that I bought as a crossgrade) Registered On 2020-08-25

BUT, when I launch Amplitube App, some gears are missing:
Brian May
Fender 2
Dimebag Darrell
Joe Satriani
Leslie

I went to the Custom Shop and clicked on Restore Purchase, but nothing changed
Any thoughts or help ?
Is it because I registrerd AmpliTube 4 Deluxe on 20/09/21 ? so after the MAX upgrade ?

Those collections are not in AmpliTube 4 MAX.

I was assuming that all bundles were included in Max version. So bad.

All bundles that were available when AmpliTube 4 MAX was first released ARE included. Bundles released since that first release are not.

The MAX products are not evolving products. If they were no-one with AT4 MAX would have any reason to buy AT5 MAX.

But, you seem to have quite an overlap. AT4 Deluxe seems redundant. Depending on which product is you Qualifying Product for AT4 MAX, you might be able to Transfer the others. Or, a polite request to Sales Support, explaining the gear duplication, may yield some results.

Well I discovered IK products with my Ipad Pro and I Rig HD2, this is how I get a copy of the PC version of AMplitube 4 Then I updated to MAX during a summer sale.

Then I purchased the AXE I/O, which come with the Deluxe I think.

I will write them to see what they can do, as I bought everything new, not second hand.

You should have access to all of what you have in AmpliTube 4 MAX in the free version of AmpliTube 5 SE which also comes with your AXE I/O.

If you want the collections that you are missing you'd need to purchase those either separately or as the upgrade/crossgrade to AmpliTube 5 MAX.
