Do I need to purchase separate license for Mac and ipad?

Hi,

I have been playing acoustic guitar for a couple years, and now I decide to start play electric guitar as well....instead of buying many pedals, I'm think about getting AmpliTube 5...

I'm wondering if does the license can share between Mac OS and iOS?? or they are separated? If so, I probably will get for iOS to make it portable...
