AT4max, when + 5se?

Hello,

lots of contradictive infos about this on the net, sorry if this has been asked before. Do all owner of AT4 max receive an upgrade to 5se? I'm aware 4max can't be purchased new from IK anymore, but sometimes on craigslist, ali-express et al. people sell licenses that they state has not been activated yet.

For a definitive answer, please contact Sales/Account Support, via here. You will be able to search the FAQs first, but if they do not resolve your issue, there is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to a Support form.

Response time aims to be within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

And make sure that the Serial Number has not been activated yet (but I do not know how to do that, Support can advise you), otherwise the seller will need to purchase a Licence Transfer to transfer it to you.
