Axe I/o and AmpliTube 5 Max Bundle Availability

Does anyone know if this product is available now in IK’s web store or is it still on back order? It does not seem to be available with any retailers here in Canada, and they don’t have any idea when they might see it.

For a definitive answer and a possible shipping date, please contact Sales/Account Support, via here. You will be able to search the FAQs first, but if they do not resolve your issue, there is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to a Support form.

Response time normally is within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

I have just tried it here and the links from the Search FAQs page take me to a Contact Support / Sales page with the heading "Contact IK Multimedia".

I ordered MID-January, still dont have a ship date or timeline. The last i heard was maybe February they will get some, but no idea on how long i would have to wait if others are head of me etc.

I have followed up last week, and no known date at the moment.

Yikes! at this point they should be sending updates to all those that ordered rather than rely on us to contact them for an update.

Also, there are global issues that are out of IK's hands with regard to components for AXE I/O that affect this situation. On top of that, AXE I/O being wildly popular (and for which I thank everybody that sees how great an audio interface it truly is) is unfortunate wen combined with the global component issue.

Thank you for your patience, IK is doing everything in their power to get AXE I/O to those who have ordered as quickly as humanly possible.

The support manager must not have a good list of people who have ordered because I ordered on December 25 and have never gotten a status update unless I contacted support first.

I see that the website now shows the Axe I/O as in stock. Are they going to be shipping soon?

I reached out to them the other day. The response I got was this;

You're probably going to receive before me since I was in January.
