Missing my gear and effects [Resolved]

Hello all, I recently purchased the axe i/o solo and amplitube 5 bundle, but there is a problem. When I open amplitube it opens up the free custom shop with very little gear choices. I paid for amplitube 5 and have none of the gear advertised on their website. How do I get the stuff I paid for?

Open up the custom shop and select from the top right "restore my gear" and that should do it.
