If your UNO Drum doesn't play patterns/change kits

A new firmware update for the UNO Drum has been released in the IK Product Manager!

Under the "Hardware" tab in the IK Product Manager, please locate your UNO Drum. The download will be available under the "Drivers" tab.

The download does not install!

Uno drum not found....

What do i do ??

No "Installer" file in the download....And does not start automatic....

Sorry to hear you are having issues with this. In your case you would need to work with IK Support via http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support if the normal process isn't working for you.

Note if you are trying to install the Presets Installer, you must first install the new Firmware v.1.0.3 before you can even install the Factory Presets Installer. The Presets Installer will not work on prior FW versions.

Not sure why that would show that, reported to the team in case it happens for everybody. It would normally offer both downloads (Windows and Mac) not choose for you! :D

This works perfectly now, much appreciated team :D

Another point is to run the factory preset installer, since by default mine didn't come with presets.

:D My thanks to the team, it's all working beautifully now since I came here and discovered there's another update to restore the kits in addition to the firmware fix.

All disappointment has evaporated, it really is as good as I'd hoped. Being able to audition different kits is awesome and has immediately sparked some inspiration.

Thank you.


...Now to see if I can resist the urge to void my warranty with Maffez' mod :lol:

The new 1.03 firmware and preset file have thankfully sorted out the kits and patterns on my Uno Drum, but the demo mode still doesn't play anything - does anyone else who has installed these updates have the same issue?
