Firstly, I would suggest that you change your username to something other than your email address. Spambots can harvest that info and you'll soon have loads of offers for travel insurance etc.
For Mac, the Uninstaller is kept within the Installer package. If you haven't deleted the installer from IK Product Manager's default download location you should find it there.
If you have deleted the installer, on the IKM website click on Support>User Area>My Products and where you can see AmpliTube 5 there will be a Past Releases button where you can download the installer. Decompress that and you'll see the uninstaller. This should uninstall AT5 properly so the IKPM will let you re-install it properly.
