Scarlet 3rd Gen can't hear through amplitube 5

If I press the direct monitor button I just hear the clean sound, not the sound that comes from the amp.

Hmm, that's unexpected.

Just to check that you have the Scarlett selected in the Audio MIDI set up in AT5 for both input and output?

I don't quite understand. But in midi there it says ANY.

On the line above that, where it says "Output Device", you have got your Scarlett selected and it shows Output 1 and 2?

Yes it shows, and I got output 1 and 2, and still no sound comes from it.

Sorry, normally the Direct Monitoring is the reason for you being able to hear your direct sound but not the output from AT5. I've gone as far as I can go I'm afraid.

I would suggest now that, as this is just a user-to-user forum, you open a ticket with Official IK Support as it sounds like there is something else going on there with the installation.

They endeavour to reply within 2 working days, but obviously considering the current situation things may take longer than usual.
