I am extremely frustrated. Trying to get a new serial number for my axe I/O because my account is incorrectly linked to my account.
No one has been able to answer phones all year? It takes hours or days between messages. An issue that should've been resolved in 5 minutes has taken over a month. Still waiting. Customer service couldn't have made things more difficult.

There isn't official phone support but the ticket system works very well usually. What is your ticket number? I can relay that but the mods/admins nor users of this forum will be able to assist with an issue like this.
