Jazz Amp 120-Turn on Vibrato

Amp 5 SE user. How do I turn on either Vibrato or Chorus in the Jazz Amp 120. Clicking the selector switch to enable this seems to be non functional. I can adjust speed/depth but can't turn the effect on?

Never mind. When I turned the depth up to 10 it enabled the effect selection switch.

It shouldn't require you to turn the depth to 10 to be able to switch the Vibrato/Chorus, at least it doesn't on my setup.

It is however a knob rather than a switch and requires you to click&hold/turn the knob with your pointer, rather than just trying to select a position with a click.

There is def some weirdness in that switch. I find that I have to drag my mouse (while clicking and holding) all the way to the top or bottom of my screen to enable changes.

Same, although not to top and bottom, but definitely further than what I would assume is needed. It is weird, but I'm guessing it's something inherent in the coding when it comes to being able to scale the GUI size.

Thanks Garfy! I can now hone in on it and by dragging my mouse across the knob it makes the change. Not quite top to bottom of screen. Never seen a graphic knob work like this.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chip in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is contact Support, via here. There is a link at the top of the Search FAQs page to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation of the weird behaviour. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

Well, it works fine here (windows 10, studio one 4, 44.1k) so I'd report it.

Having similar trouble with switching. Once I got it I saved a preset but I spent more than 1/2 hour F**Kin with it. My second day with the product...how often do they provide fixes?

At the moment, there is no indication that it is broken. Although it exhibits 'strange' behaviour, the feature works.
