I am using on 2 Windows 10 machine. and Cubase 10.5 pro. For interfaces I am using a Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 gen 1 and the iRig Stomp I/O. The machine with the Stomp I/O functions as expected with no audio routing issues in Standalone. So I will only document the 8i6 issues.

Surface Book Pro 2, Windows 10, Scarlett 8i6.
Guitar is plugged into Line Input 3, and Outputs are 1 & 2.
In AT5 standalone I set the Asio Device to the focusrite, Left and Right Inputs to Input 3 and the outputs to 1 and 2. This is my typical setup in AT4.
Using this set up I was getting no output. Using the Focusrite mix software to monitor the actual input of the interface I can see that it was receiving audio as expected, AT5 was just not connecting to it.

After much clicking I did discover, that if I set the inputs in AT5 to Left: Mic 2 and Right: Line 3 I got mono output as expected.

I also discovered that that was the only combination that would work. For example I could not reverse the left and right inputs, nor could I substitue Mic 1 for Mic 2. It leads me to believe that for some reason AT5 is reading the ASIO Mapping of I/O incorrectly.

Some of you may be able to try experiementing with different input combinations to get sound until it is fixed! I hope this helps.

WE HAVE A WINNER!!!!!! ^^^ This works on RME Babyface Pro too...

I went through every input on my Lynx Aurora (24 channels).
None of them work.

One thing to note, when changing inputs and finding the right combination, I did have to wait about 20-30 seconds before sound caught up with the changes. Try changing inputs slowly.

Ok, I figured out that it evidently picks an unchangeble In/Out. My input is channel 9 on my 16 channel Aurora (normaled to a compressor). My Oupts were going to 17/18 (1/2 on my 8 channel Aurora). 17 thu 24 on that device are used by Silent Way in my setup. Which is why I didn't see the signal. Picking different In/Outs doesn't seem to work. I'm not redoing a complex patch bay just to use AT5 stand alone. So, hopefully this gets sorted out soon.

Same issue on win 10, the support ask me to make a video ....

No sound input with AT5 standalone / UR22 sound card.
AT4 was ok up to I had the idea to change the soundcard settings, and now AT 4 and AT5 are not working .... grr
But the BBE standalone is working OK ..so there is clearly some problems from AT4 /AT5.
I try to reinstall severall times, reinstall the souncard drivers ....

I will wait for an update of AT5 ....

FOUND A SOLUTION FOR ME !

I have an UR 22 soundcard under WIN10 :
If my guitar is plugged in input 2 with right parameters in AT5 => No input sound
If my guitar is plugged in input 1 with right parameters in AT5 => It Works !

Can help IK support and developpers !
