only works ok in recording software but no sound, input or output in standalone, settings correct in settings within A5, also windows sound correct, using focusrite interface for both, focusrite control all reinstalled, no change, ive raised a token but anyone got any ideas?

Hey, same problem here. It still work just fine with AT4 but no sound at all in AT5 with exactly the same settings for my scarlett solo (I think mine is 2nd gen)

This is a known issue (if I'm following) and is being worked on. Always send a ticket.
I believe it is coming IMMINENT ( How's that darkstar

That's odd. The ONLY way I can get AT5 Standalone OR VST to work is on my i7 system with Scarlett 18i20 (2nd gen). Are you sure you've got the latest drivers?

It isn't just the Scarlett interfaces. RME Babyface Pro (here) having same issue too.

It's not all Scarlett interfaces, fwiw. I have a 6i6 (2nd Gen) and it's working fine.

Same result here on Mac Catalina using RME FireFace 800. Working as VST in Studio One with no issues; no audio whatsoever in standalone. AT5 sees correct inputs and outputs, though no sound is going in or coming out.

I am using an XTone Pro as audio interface, first 2 days Amplitube 5 Stand alone was working fine, suddenly not sound output, any other sound from other programs without issues, just Amplitube 5 not able to get an output, however i can see the signal bars (Input and Output moving). It looks like an output comunication issue

This may well be the issue that Support is working on - misidentification of the audio interface channels. Please see the Announcement thread at the top of the forum.
But, if not, then please raise a Support Ticket, with the detials of the problem.
On that basis, this thread will be closed.
