Those are project files, they are not compatible. You can transfer your presets from AmpliTube 4, though, which is detailed in section 7.3 of the AmpliTube 5 User Manual.

Are you telling me I lost my tracks?
My concern is not about presets, I have tracks recorded.

No, all of your tracks are still available in AT4.
AT4 and AT5 are different programs. AT5 does not replace AT4 on disk or for your AmpliTube projects or in your DAW projects.

Ok I understand this, but in this case will AT4 be supported in the future?
Because if not, tomorrow may be impossibile to make it work ad my tracks will be lost.
I don't know haw many people are in my situation but I can't imagine AT is used mainly as a pedal board and not a DAW.

I found that if you change the extension from at4prj to at5prj my AT4 presets now work in AT5.
If you want to be safe, find the folder drive/user/ikmultimedia/at4/presets and copy them first before changing the extension and then save the new at5prj extension into the at5/presets folder.
That worked for me.
Hope it helps
