I’m just curious how long the support team stays open. There is an issue with the product my friend bought and it is being ignored after sending multiple emails. Just wanting a refund on this software. Please and thank you

The Support Team generally operates US (East Coast) business hours, but, as you can appreciate, they will be quite busy at the moment.
