Just purchased the Joe Satriani Collection. All amps, cabs and pedals are OK apart from the Boston 100 Amp and Boston Cab Sim that are still showing the padlock and are locked. Custom Shop shows that I've purchased them. Any ideas why this is happening?

In Custom Shop, try "Restore my purchases" (click your user name for the menu)
In the Product Manager ("IKPM"), try unauthorising and reauthorising your AT5 product.
If that does not fix it then please contact IK Support and they'll be able to look directly at your issue via
