I have at4 max
I have total studio max.
Just checked a few days ago, I was only missing joe satriani, and Brian May.
Today I purchased satch....
Fender 2 that I use just about every day, in at4 , is now asking me to pay for it again,
And stated seeing other missing gear...
I am kinda lost with a new update manager and new at5.
I tried unauthorize re authorize, nope gear still missing...
Put a ticket it...

It's just a guess, but updating the custom shop and using "restore my gear" might work.
Windows 11, i5 11600k, 32 gigs of ram, Audient id4 @ 32 buffer. 44.1k sample rate.

I'm sure IK Support can assist you and the only suggestions here would be to de-authorize and re-authorize and Restore Purchases in Custom Shop.
Since those suggestions have run their course here, please work with IK Support and they'll get you working.

Ya restor gear did not work, full tone missing, fender 2 missing, six missing, Hendrix missing, Mesa boogie missing, metal missing, orange missing...
Dang...not cool!
At least it’s still in at4...I can keep working

HI. I partially also suffer from missing gear. Restore gear in new custom shop version helped partially. My orange thunderreverb 200 and associated cab which I had purchased by gear credits appeared in AT5 after restore gear. But Orange tiny terror which was offered free for newsletter subscribers does not. Luckily amplitube metal collection which for free for a while this year seems to be available.
I am using free AT5 custom shop version. My AT4 version is paid one.
These are propably just early day problems. There are hints here and there that this product was a bit rushed. Haven't yet tested how it sounds. Haven't touched a guitar ffer 2 months now. Muscles in my back are real jammed at the moment and holding a guitar makes them more jammed.

Also make sure to try deauthorizing then reauthorizing in IK Product Manager. That may fix it for you without needing to open a support ticket.

To be clear about all this.
Authorize de-authorize does not work.
Forcing serial number in again does not work.
Restore gear does not work.
Exactly what the ticket people told me.
I already tried all that, before I posted.
And before I started a ticket.
It seems all gear missing is related to at4 max or total studio,
All missing under new product manager, and at5.
More is missing than not....
It all works still under at4.
Gave up on this today.
Busy with other stuff..
I am using at5 custom shop now, until my stomp io/at5 combo shows up in a day or two.
But it should restore all gear in custom shop? Right?
It’s not...
