SampleTanl 4 Max Acoustic Guitars

The acoustic guitars in SampleTank 4 Max seem to have a programming error. The pitch of E3 and E4 is the same. The same happens with F3/F4, G3/G4, etc. That is, if you start playing in the keyboard C3, D3, E3, F3, G3, A3, B3, C4, D4, E4, then from E4 onwards, the notes are one octave lower than they should.

This happens with, for instance, the instrument Nylong G Vintage Sustain.

Did anyone else have this problem?

If they do not resolve the issue, there is a link at the top to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. I can also verify this issue on ST4 Max version 4.1.3. The range E4 to E5 is one octave too low. Please fix and republish the sound library.
