AXE I/O Solo Driver

Hi,

I recently Ordered an AXE I/O solo from ProAudioStar under the impression that it is brand new and it looks like brand new, but I can not register it with the HW number on the box and there is no serial number anywhere in the box.

Is it possible for me to register this box? and download the drivers somehow?

Sorry to hear you have run into trouble. There should be a card in the box with a serial number on it. Since it appears that is not likely the case for you, please open a ticket with IK Support and they will assist you with this issue.
