AmpliTube 5 SE

Postby reapermusic » Mon Nov 30, 2020 8:05 pm

Hi everyone,

Ok, about to pull the trigger on Amplitube 5 SE but want to be sure my understanding is correct.
I am happy with my Amplitube 4 Deluxe and all the metal oriented collections and extra amps I have bought from the custom shop.
All I want is for my Amplitube including my gear purchases to be upgraded to take advantage of the new sound improvements in Amplitube 5.

I am not interested in the 5 new amps or other gear, therefore deciding to get Amplitube 5 SE

Is my thinking correct or am I missing something?

Thanks much all!

HI reapermusic

You are correct in your thinking.

AT5SE will give you the sonic improvements of VIR etc.
All your existing owned gear will be accessible and updated in AT5SE.
You will not get the new amps, stomps etc.

Hope that helps.

Ha! Well I went ahead and preordered!
I don't usually preorder anything without first trying but I was soooooooo tempted.
To add to this I ended up preordering the Amplitube 5 version not the SE, I said what the hell it still works out better than having to buy any of those 5 new amps later if I ever do want them, I can find use for them
